BatchPing ("BatchPing", "we", "us", or "our") operates the BatchPing website and related services (the "Service").

BatchPing helps users receive automated notifications when ICAI training batches and SPOM examination slots become available. Notifications are delivered through Telegram.

To create and secure your BatchPing account, we collect and store your email address. You sign in using Google Sign-In.

If you use Google Sign-In, Google shares with us your email address and confirmation that it is verified. We do not receive or store your Google password.

We use your email address to identify your account and sign you in. Seat and slot alerts are sent via Telegram only.

1.2 Telegram Information

When you connect Telegram to BatchPing, we may collect and process information necessary to associate your Telegram account or chat with your BatchPing account and deliver notifications.

Depending on the Telegram integration, this may include:

• Telegram user or chat identifier.
• Telegram username, where available.
• Information necessary to authenticate or establish the Telegram connection.
• Notification and alert preferences.
• Telegram notification delivery status.

We use this information to send the alerts that you have requested.

1.3 Alert Preferences and Service Data

Depending on the features you use, we may store information such as:

• The ICAI courses, batches, or SPOM examination slots you want to monitor.

3. Telegram and Email Notifications

Telegram is BatchPing's primary notification channel.

If you choose to connect Telegram, BatchPing processes the information necessary to associate your Telegram account or chat with your BatchPing account and deliver the alerts you have requested.

BatchPing may use Telegram identifiers and related technical information to:

• Identify the Telegram account associated with your BatchPing account.
• Send requested batch and examination-slot alerts.
• Determine whether an alert was successfully delivered.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the Telegram notification service.
• Prevent abuse or unauthorized use of the notification system.

BatchPing does not use your Telegram connection to send unrelated promotional messages.

Your use of Telegram is also subject to Telegram's own terms and privacy practices. BatchPing does not control how Telegram independently processes information within its platform.

You may disconnect Telegram from BatchPing where the Service provides functionality for doing so.

BatchPing does not send email alerts. All seat and slot alerts are delivered via Telegram, which you must connect before creating a watch.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate BatchPing.

Depending on the Service's implementation, these providers may include:

• Website and application hosting (including Cloudflare).
• Database and storage infrastructure.
• Telegram messaging.
• Email delivery.
• Sign-in services (Google Sign-In).

Please send the request from the email address registered on your account so we can verify it. You may also disconnect your Telegram account where the Service provides functionality for doing so.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will process the request in accordance with applicable law.

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

11. Children's Privacy

BatchPing is intended for individuals who are legally able to use the Service under applicable law.

BatchPing is an independent notification service.

BatchPing monitors publicly accessible information and/or information available through the relevant portals for the purpose of providing availability notifications.

Users should independently verify the availability, eligibility requirements, fees, dates, centres, and other information on the official ICAI portals before taking any action.

BatchPing does not guarantee that every available batch or examination slot will be detected or that every alert will be delivered without delay.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our data-processing practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make material changes, we may provide an appropriate notice through the website or other available communication channels.
